It is a relatively fast growing species of small polyp stony (SPS) coral with very delicate, thin branches. Care should be taken in the placement of the coral to protect it from physical damage.

The Enchanted Forest Green Birdsnest Coral requires high aquarium lighting conditions achieved by T-5s, powerful LEDs or the more intense metal halides. To maximize growth rate, maintain high pH, alkalinity and calcium levels, as well as high water quality with phosphate and nitrate levels as close to zero as possible.
